Tianna Billa is a singer, songwriter, poet, and self-published author. Her primary music genres are R&B, Soul, and Contemporary Gospel. Born, raised, and educated in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Tianna has collaborated with many well-known local artists, and her vocals have been featured on numerous projects and singles.
Since her teenage years, Tianna has graced the stage at various talent shows and showcases, making her no stranger to live performances. In 2025, Tianna was rewarded for her creative talents as she became a recipient of the Illuminate The Arts Grant (ITAG) from Creative Philadelphia; Arts, Culture and the Creative Economy Department, which has enabled her to continue production on her upcoming album for release in 2026.
To Tianna, music is more than just entertainment—it is cathartic, healing, medicine for the soul, and fuel for the spirit. And she is grateful that God has gifted her with the talent and ability to share her passion with audiences all over the world.

Tianna Latoya Billa was born, raised and educated in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
Tianna was heavily influenced early on by music and singing by her mother who also has a beautiful voice.
She would sing Tianna to sleep each and every night with the songs of Tina Marie, Stevie Wonder, Stephanie Mills and the like.

Her main music genre is R&B, inspirational and gospel. Tianna says that she is mainly focused on inspirational and gospel music because that is what the world needs more of now.
Tianna is currently working in the studio on original inspirational and gospel songs that she has written. She is excited and hopes to be done soon. Once completed, her music will be offered on multiple platforms such as Spotify, Apple Music and the like.
